What we don't collect

We do not require an account to use this site, and we do not ask for your name, address, phone number or date of birth to browse it.

We do not collect what you buy at a dispensary. We are not in the purchase-history business and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

What we do process

When you open a mint or redemption order we process the details needed to execute it: the amount, the network and token, your TEXITcoin receiving address or 0x payout address, any coupon code, and the resulting order and transaction identifiers.

Our servers receive standard technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.

Who else sees it

Order details are shared with the Texas Stable Dollar desk (tsd.honest.money), which executes the order, holds reserves and performs the on-chain mint, burn and payout. Their handling is governed by their own privacy terms.

Blockchain transactions are inherently public. Addresses, amounts and timestamps are visible on the TEXITcoin and destination networks to anyone, permanently, and this is outside our control.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet the reserve operator's record-keeping obligations. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

Because we don't operate accounts, the practical way to limit what exists about you is to use a fresh receiving address and to open only the orders you need. To ask about data associated with a specific order, contact us with its identifier.
